An Agentforce Revenue Management practice

We don't implement Salesforce. We engineer how revenue runs.

therevenue.ai is a founder-led Agentforce Revenue Management practice for businesses that turn complex commerce into predictable revenue — across any industry, any revenue model. Fixed-fee. Eight weeks. We only take engagements we know we can win.

The Operating Doctrine

Four non-negotiables behind every engagement.

01
Specialization over breadth

Agentforce Revenue Management and ICM are our core. When discovery proves a Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud or integration workstream is the difference between go-live and stalled, we scope it in — never a generalist menu.

02
Outcomes over hours

Fixed-fee, scoped before we start. Your invoice doesn't move.

03
Speed over deliberation

An 8-week system in production beats a perfect roadmap in six months.

04
Build to leave

We document, train, and hand off. Your team owns the system.

Frequently asked

What revenue ops leaders, CFOs, and CTOs ask before signing — about the Agentforce rename, the legacy CPQ migration, and how we work.

Agentforce Revenue Management is the new name for Salesforce Revenue Cloud. It's the unified Salesforce platform for pricing, quoting, contracting, subscriptions, billing, and revenue analytics — with AI agents (Agentforce) embedded in every workflow.

Agents handle the repetitive work: generating quotes, redlining contracts, catching order fallout, flagging churn risk. Humans approve, decide, and stay accountable.

Yes. Salesforce renamed Revenue Cloud to Agentforce Revenue Management to reflect the AI-agent capabilities now built into the product. The underlying platform — CPQ, billing, contracts, subscription management, analytics — is the same Revenue Lifecycle Management (RLM) suite.

Existing Revenue Cloud customers automatically gain the new agent capabilities. There is no migration required from Revenue Cloud to Agentforce Revenue Management — they are the same thing.

No — we work across industries. Agentforce Revenue Management is built for any business with revenue complexity: subscription pricing, usage-based billing, complex product configuration, channel sales, regulated commerce, or any combination.

We've engineered systems for SaaS, manufacturing, financial services, telecom, media, professional services, and health & life sciences. The discipline transfers; the architecture adapts.

Legacy Salesforce CPQ is end-of-sale for new customers. Existing CPQ customers will eventually need to migrate to Agentforce Revenue Management to continue receiving product innovation and long-term support.

We run that migration as a scoped, fixed-fee engagement — typically 8–12 weeks, with a tested cutover plan that preserves your pricing, contracts, amendments, and integrations.

Most mid-market implementations take 6 to 10 weeks from kickoff to go-live. Our average is 8 weeks. Complex builds — multi-entity billing, large legacy data migration, custom pricing engines — may run longer.

We scope timeline and fee in writing before any work begins. Your invoice doesn't move from there.

Three differences. (1) Agentforce Revenue Management and incentive compensation are our core practice — but we're not religious about it. When discovery shows that supporting Salesforce work (Sales Cloud hygiene, Service Cloud handoffs, Experience Cloud portals, Data Cloud unification, Flow automation, or third-party integrations) is what makes the revenue program actually land, we scope it into the same engagement so you don't have to coordinate a second partner. (2) Every engagement is fixed-fee with scope written before signature. (3) Every engagement is led personally by the founder.

You will not be sold by a partner and delivered by a junior offshore team. The person you meet is the person who ships.

§ 07 — Begin

Run revenue
like it's infrastructure.

Thirty minutes with the founder. We diagnose what's broken, scope the fix, and tell you up-front whether we're the right partner — at no cost.
